The summer solstice has been honoured for thousands of years as a powerful turning point in the natural world – the longest day and shortest night of the year, symbolising light, vitality, and abundance.
Join YogaVenue, Oxford, for The Solstice Gathering at Asthall Manor, on 18th June 2026.
This special event begins with a 75-minute guided yoga practice, led by Alessandro, co-founder of YogaVenue, thoughtfully curated to honour the setting. Through intentional movement and breath, guests are encouraged to release what has passed and create space for what is to come. This is followed by a 45-minute sound bath savasana, led by Cass, where immersive tones and subtle vibrations support a meditative state, allowing the body to fully rest and integrate.
After the practice, guests are invited to gather and enjoy a selection of beautifully prepared refreshments, featuring locally sourced, seasonal and vegan produce. This closing element offers time to reflect, connect, and savour the simplicity of nourishing food in an exceptional setting.
