Hadestown: Teen Edition is a bold and lyrical retelling of the ancient Greek myths of Orpheus and Eurydice and Hades and Persephone, brought to life through powerful music and compelling storytelling. Guided by a chorus that shapes the world around them, these timeless tales unfold in a haunting underworld where every choice matters — and every story is worth telling again.
Performed by the talented young cast of Buttercross Theatre Productions, this production puts storytelling front and centre. Through character, movement, music, and ensemble narration, the cast invite the audience into a world built not just on spectacle, but on meaning, connection, and voice.
