In toddler yoga we learn to explore movement using yoga poses, props and sound.
Children will:
develop coordination, balance and strength
learn breathing exercises that can help them to self-regulate when they need to
take part in creative games and activities using sensory props
feel safe and secure as they take a calming moment with their parent/adult
Toddler sessions are suitable for children up to 4 years old.
