A gentle pause for mothers to rest, regulate and be held and heard, just in time for the school holidays.
Spend the afternoon with other mums in a Mothers' Circle, sharing the journey of motherhood, followed by gentle yoga to release tension, breathing practices to settle your nervous system and Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation. Teas and Treats included.
Leave after three hours feeling more rested and regulated going into the summer holidays.
This event is open to all mums at any stage of motherhood. No previous experience of yoga or breathing practices necessary.
This event runs from 1.30pm until 4.30pm on Sunday 19 July at The Music Room, Eynsham.
