Townhouse garden with structured disarray of roses. Terrace of stone inlaid with brick and enclosed by Chinese fretwork balustrade, chunky brick and oak pergola covered with roses, wisteria and clematis; potted topiary. Until autumn the garden is delightfully replete with aconites, lobelias, phloxes, daisies and meandering clematis.
11 Rawlinson Road
A south facing 120ft walled Victorian town garden created from scratch since 2010. Interesting mix of herbaceous and shrubs with particular interest in late tulips, and unusual plants. Great emphasis on colour and succession planting with paths running through the beds. Constantly changing as owner is restless. Some sculptures.
